Delivery Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 business days after shipment.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At AmoGold&Silver, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Return Period
Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date you received your order.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and in original condition, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: earrings (for hygiene reasons), personalized or custom-made pieces, sale or clearance items, and items showing signs of wear.

Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at [your email] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions. Ship the item back securely with tracking.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
